- You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information
By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the provided payment method.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped via standard carriers (e.g., USPS)
- Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions
- Engaged Math is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States
If an item is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify materials
- Resell content
All content, including worksheets, designs, branding, and videos, is the proprietary property belonging to Engaged Math and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Student Submissions
Parents are responsible for supervising all submissions and communications involving their child. If student work is submitted:
- We will review and provide feedback
- We may use a student’s name (as provided by a parent or guardian) for identification purposes
- We will not publicly share student work without permission
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our materials are provided for educational support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engaged Math makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of materials
- Specific academic outcomes or results
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engaged Math is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delivery delays
- Misuse of materials
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

12. Refund Policy
At Engaged Math, we want families to feel confident and excited about their experience. We stand behind the quality of our materials and are committed to working with you if something isn’t right.
A. Products
Because our products are educational materials, we generally do not accept returns once items have been used.
However:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery
- If there is an error in your order, we will correct it at no additional cost
In these cases, we will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Offer a refund, depending on the situation
B. Engaged Math by Mail
Due to the nature of our 8-week summer program:
- You may cancel your subscription before the first shipment is sent for a full refund by emailing us at [email protected]
- Refunds are not guaranteed once a program has begun
- However, we are committed to working with families on a case-by-case basis
If you are not satisfied:
- Please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right
Possible resolutions may include:
- Replacement materials
- Partial or full refund

We care deeply about each student’s experience. If something isn’t working for your child, we encourage you to reach out—we are happy to:

- Help tailor the experience
D. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Used or completed materials
- Shipping costs (unless due to our error)
